Yogananda wrote to his disciple Rajarshi Janakananda from Bangalore, India thanking him, who “freed our beloved Mt. Washington practically from all debt” and established the Ranchi HQ, the Shyma Charan Lahiri mission. Yogananda remarked that “I am in a great fix. But for you and perhaps a very few I would not [return] to America.”

1936

Yogananda was in Salt Lake City with C. Richard Wright. They were met by Faye Wright, Virginia Wright, and Ettie Bletsch.
